This page is for people who are ready to stop performing their life and start living it.
You've done the work. You've built something real. You've invested in yourself: the books, the courses, the coaching, the inner work.
And yet something still feels off. Not broken. Not wrong. Just not quite yours.
Your decisions still come with hesitation. The life you're living still feels like it belongs to a version of you that you're outgrowing. You know something is shifting. You just don't have the words yet for what it is, or what comes next.
That's where this work begins.
This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about recognizing who you already are, and building a life that actually reflects it.
What Changes When We Work Together
Not as a list of outcomes. In the way life actually starts to feel.
You understand how you're built: how you make decisions, where you lose yourself under pressure, and what your natural rhythm is when you stop overriding it.
You begin to see your conditioning: the patterns, the inherited expectations, the agreements you made long ago about who you needed to be. Once you can see them, you have a real choice. Not forced change. A choice made from a different place.
You stop overriding what you know. Not as a concept, but in the decisions that shape your work, your relationships, and your life. You start to recognize the difference between a choice that's yours and one shaped by pressure, expectation, or conditioning.
Your identity evolves slowly, honestly, and without performance. The version of you that built your life makes room for the one you're becoming.
You reconnect with your intuition and inner knowing: the sense of what's true for you that's been buried under logic, expectations, and staying busy. For many people, this also opens a connection to something bigger than the life they've been managing.
You trust yourself differently. Not because you've become more confident in the usual sense, but because you've stopped abandoning yourself in the moments that matter.

Two Ways to Begin
Every path looks different. Some people start with a single session, a focused conversation that brings clarity to something they've been carrying. Others are ready for longer, sustained work and want to stay with the identity evolution already underway.
Both are complete in themselves. Neither is a prerequisite for the other.
Begin where it feels true.
Human Design Integration Session
90 Minutes - $555 USD
This session is for anyone in a period of change, whether Human Design is new to you or something you've explored for years.
Maybe you've read about your design and understand it on paper, but it isn't showing up in your actual decisions. Or maybe you've never looked at your chart, and you just know something has shifted that you can't name yet. Either way, we start from your life, not the theory.
In 90 minutes, we look at your chart through the lens of what you're actually living. It's not a lesson. It's a conversation about how your design is already showing up, and where you may have been overriding what you already know without realizing it.
What we'll explore together:
-
How your Type, Strategy, and Authority are showing up in your decisions, and where they're being bypassed
-
The conditioning patterns most present in your chart, and how they've shaped the way you operate
-
Where you've been moving against your natural rhythm, and what that costs you
-
What your design shows about how you're built to lead, create, and move through life
-
How it all fits together into a clear picture of who you are
You won't walk away with a system to implement or a framework to follow. You'll walk away with clarity, the kind that comes from being genuinely seen.
Your chart is the map. This conversation is where it all starts to mean something.
For some people, this session is complete in itself: a moment of clarity that shifts something real and keeps unfolding in their own time. For others, it becomes the beginning of a longer conversation. Both are welcome. There's no pressure toward either.
Please note: you will need to know your birth date, time and location to book this session.

The Soulful Success Mentorship
This is for the person who's ready to stop navigating this alone. Not because you can't figure it out. You've proven you can figure most things out. It's because something different happens when someone walks alongside you inside the uncertainty and helps you hear what you already know, instead of handing you more tools from the outside.
It's private and one-to-one. No group. No curriculum. No predetermined roadmap. What we work on comes from where you actually are.
Human Design, emotional capacity, and your own inner knowing shape the lens throughout. These aren't things to master. They're ways of understanding how you're built, what happens when pressure shows up, and what it takes to stay with what you know.
An eight-month mentorship for embodied success: when what you know about yourself becomes how you actually live.
How It Works
Months one to four, weekly. We get clear on how you make decisions, what's yours and what's conditioning, and what's underneath the moments you override yourself. You build the capacity to feel what's there instead of managing around it.
Months five and six, every two weeks. You start acting from what you know. You make real decisions in your real life and stay with them when it's uncomfortable, including when the people around you push back.
Months seven and eight, decided together. Up to four sessions, based on what you need for the last stretch.
The sessions spread out on purpose, and there's no messaging in between. Each wider gap gives you more room to make a decision without checking with me first. That's the point of the whole thing. By the end, you need me less, not more.
What's included:
-
A 90-minute opening session: a deep look at your chart and where your authority sits right now
-
One-to-one 60-minute sessions across the eight months
-
A short written reflection before each session. No reply is expected; I read it before we talk
-
A midpoint review at month four: what's shifted, and what you need from the second half
-
A 90-minute closing session: the full arc, and what you're carrying forward
-
Emotional capacity and inner knowing work throughout
What It Looks Like When It's Working
Most people come in able to explain their patterns. What changes is what they do.
You catch yourself deferring, at first after the fact, then in the moment. You say no and it holds. You make a decision and tell me about it afterward instead of asking first.
From people I've worked with
"He asked thoughtful questions tailored to my unique experiences. He has helped me to establish habits … that ultimately have deepened my confidence and sense of identity within myself."
— Jessica W.
"He helped me move from thinking I would run a business on the side one day, to taking action and starting a business! … I walked away from a career that was making me sick, and I started my own business that I am so excited and passionate about! He has helped me to be conscious of making decisions about my life while being true to myself and my values."
— Lynne P.
"The insight he was able to pass on to me and to present to my view in which I had already possessed, is something I will hold on to and continue to develop. He was able to help me grow in self-assessment, analyzing root causes for specific behaviors, learn how to unlearn perfectionism, and challenging my discomfort with self-accolades."
— Veranisha T.
This is a significant investment. Full details are on the application page, and payment plans are available. I review every application personally. If it looks like the mentorship could be a good fit, I'll invite you to a conversation before anything is decided.

Who This Work Is For
This tends to resonate with people in the middle of becoming a different version of themselves. You might be a founder, a leader, a professional, or a creative. The title matters less than the gap between who you've been and who you're becoming.
You might recognize yourself here:
-
Your life works on paper, but it doesn't feel like yours anymore
-
You understand yourself well, but still check, defer, or wait for confirmation even when part of you already knows
-
You're tired of performing a version of yourself that no longer fits
-
As you've started to change, some relationships have gotten harder, and part of you wants to shrink back to keep the peace
-
You sense there's more to you than logic and to-do lists, whether that's your intuition or something beyond yourself, but you're not living from it yet
-
You've done coaching, personal development, or inner work, and you understand yourself better because of it, but knowing hasn't always changed what you do
-
You sense that what's next needs a different relationship with yourself, not a better strategy
This work may not be the right fit if you're looking for quick strategies, external validation, or someone to tell you what to do. It's for people who are ready to look honestly at what's there, and trust what they find.
What People Wonder Before They Begin
Is this different from coaching I've already done?
Likely, yes. Most coaching focuses on goals, strategies, and forward momentum. This work focuses on the person behind the goals. We're not here to optimize you or build a better plan. We're here to understand how you're actually built, see the patterns running underneath, and develop a different relationship with your own authority.
Am I ready for this level of work?
Readiness here isn't about having things figured out. The work tends to be most useful when you're willing to look honestly at your patterns, make real decisions between sessions, sit with discomfort without treating it as proof you're doing something wrong, and take responsibility for your own choices. The application and the conversation are where we look at that together.
Will this actually create lasting change?
The mentorship is built around integration, not insight alone. We don't just name patterns. You have time to meet them in real decisions, relationships, and moments of pressure, then bring what happens back into the work. That's what eight months is for.
Can I justify this investment?
It's a significant investment, and the decision deserves real consideration. It's also worth weighing what it costs to keep going as you are: decisions made from the wrong place, energy spent performing a version of yourself that no longer fits, time spent in a chapter you've already outgrown. Only you can weigh that. If now isn't the right time, the podcast and the Integration Session are real ways into this work, and there's no pressure toward more.
Do I need to know my Human Design?
No, not for either. For the Integration Session, all you need is your birth date, time, and location. If Human Design is new to you, we'll explore it together. It's one lens we use, not a prerequisite.
Why is there no contact between sessions?
Because the work is learning to trust your own read. If you can reach me any time, it's easy to check with me instead of with yourself. The space between sessions is where that trust gets built.
